Dear Members and Sponsors,

We have reached the mid-point of 2010 and the interest in CCIA for both members and sponsors has never been higher! That's great news for the
industry and the association. I would like to welcome Bangkok Life
Assurance, Thai Samsung and Electronics and Lyreco as NEW members and also Avaya as a new Sponsor! Also I would like to thank Mono Technology, True Touch, Standard Chartered Bank and Thai Industrial Gasses for their
continued support renewing membership for another year.

A number of exciting things are happening, namely, the charity raffle is
well underway. If you want more tickets, please call Katie. For those who
have tickets in hand, please make sure you do your best and sell these to
raise as much money for a very good cause.

The 2010 awards applications have been closed with 15 corporate entrants-
the highest since the awards first started 4 years ago. Training will be
conducted on Friday 9th July, as per Katie's blast and judging will be conducted throughout August and September. The awards will be held on 15th October and we have organized Amita Krishna from callcentres. Net to be our guest speaker. Amita will be talking about regional call centre benchmarking results and how Thailand compares. Tickets are on sale, so please book quickly as there are only 150 seats available. We also have 22 individual applicants.

The Thailand 2010 benchmarking link will be sent to you in the next few
weeks for you to complete. This is the 2nd year we are running this
valuable exercise. Results will be published and presented at Novembers
