Type 1 – Industry Membership:

Any company which is a registered business in Thailand and either operates a Call Center as their core business activity e.g. Call Center Outsourcer; generates business revenue solely from Call Centers e.g. Technology Vendors, Call Center Training companies, Call Center Consultancies etc. Industry Membership Corporate members are eligible for election to the Executive Committee

Type 2 – Non Industry Membership:

Any firm or company that would otherwise be eligible to apply for Industry membership shall be eligible to apply for Non Industry Corporate membership. Non Industry Corporate members are not eligible to stand for election to the Executive Committee but to do have the right to vote and are eligible to stand for other committee’s within the CCIA

Type 3 – Individual Membership:

Any individual who is a user, creator, supplier, servicer or producer of any form of Call Center or telephony based customer servicing in the promotion of its business but chooses not to be an applicant under the patronage of his/her company of employment shall be eligible for Non Industry Individual membership. Individual members shall not have the right to vote and are not eligible to stand for election
